Tarot Services Policy

Please read the policy below before booking a tarot reading with me.  You can find out more information about what a tarot reading with me entails on the frequently asked questions section here. 

I am honoured that you are considering booking a reading with me. There are a few important pieces of information to keep in mind before booking an appointment.  They are as follows:  

  1. All readings are confidential. 

  2. Prior to the tarot reading, payment must be made in full.   All payments are made at the point of booking online via the website.

  3. All tarot reading appointments must be scheduled via the Acuity booking system. No drop-ins are allowed.

  4. I do not give tarot readings to people under the age of 18.  You must be 18 or over to receive a tarot reading.

  5. All tarot readings will be held in English.

  6. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their appointment within 48 hours prior to the appointment, but there are no refunds, i.e cancellations.  You can reschedule your appointment by going to the Acuity calendar.  More detailed instructions can be found here. 

  7. With the above in mind, please take your time to read the written description next to each tarot service option to ensure you choose the service that is right for you.  

  8. Abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.  I will not condone violent, racist, homophobic or any ill behaviour of any sort. If such behaviour occurs before or during the reading I reserve the right to refuse our appointment or stop the reading.

  9. I’m not a licensed counsellor or Therapist and as such I’m not qualified to help people with mental health issues.

  10. All readings booked online will be held via video call.

  11. Once the allotted appointment time has begun, there will be a 10-minute wait period.  If you are going to be late, please let me know by email info@bendthedots.com if I don't hear from you then I have the right to cancel your appointment without reimbursement.

  12. Following one-to-one and online readings, clients will receive a summary of their reading in PDF format within 2 to 3 days.  This will be sent to the email address that you leave in the booking form.

By booking a reading with me you are agreeing to the terms as stated above.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

This gift voucher entitles the holder to €25 off any tarot reading with Simone, founder of Bend The Dots. Readings range from a quick 30-minute, 3-card session to an in-depth 90-minute experience.

Readings are available:

  • In-person: At my studio in Berlin, located 10 minutes from the Hauptbahnhof on Lehrter Straße.

  • Online: Via video call.

Important Information:

  • This voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be pre-scheduled online using the Acuity booking system. No drop-ins allowed.

  • Appointments are available during my business hours, which can be found on the Bend The Dots homepage.

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • No change or credit will be given for unused portions of the voucher.

Terms of Use:

  • The voucher must be presented at the time of the appointment for validation.

  • Gift vouchers are redeemed at the point of booking.

  • If a reservation is made using the gift voucher and the client does not show up, the voucher will be considered redeemed.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the voucher.

  • By buying a gift certificate for a tarot reading, you are agreeing to the terms as stated above.
